• I can’t find my tickets, what can I do?

No worries; simply go to the check-in table with ID when you arrive at the event. We will have a
ticket-holder checklist there and will check off your name when you present your ID.

• When are my books coming?

For those who opt for advance shipping before the cut-off date (typically early  Aug.), books are mailed out approximately
mid-August; if you have not received your books by mid-September, please contact us.

• I have missed the deadline for book delivery. How can I get them now?

Your books will be waiting for you at the event; you may pick them up at the check-in table when you

• Where are my magazines?

We are a Canadian charitable organization, unrelated to the US-based Susan G. Komen Read for the
Cure magazine subscription service. We do not offer magazine subscriptions and are not affiliated with
Susan G. Komen in any way. Please direct your enquiries to

* I opted to pick up my books at the event, but cannot attend. How can I get them?

If you discover that you cannot attend, you can designate a friend who is attending to pick up your books; if you do not have someone who can do this, notify us as soon as possible to make other arrangements.

* Is it possible to receive my complimentary books as e-books?

At the moment Penguin Random House cannot issue e-books to readers directly because of their legal arrangements with e-book retailers. So, for now, they will continue to support Read for the Cure by providing physical books to all ticket-holders.
